• System Architecture & Backend Development: Design, build and maintain scalable backend systems powering AI-driven workflows and data services.
• API & Data Infrastructure: Build and optimize APIs, ETL pipelines and microservices for high-volume data ingestion, processing and delivery.
• AI & Automation Integration: Collaborate with ML engineers to support AI agent integration, enabling semi-autonomous growth actions like outreach, lead scoring and segmentation.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy, monitor and optimize applications on AWS (or similar), with a focus on resilience, security and cost-efficiency.
• Performance & Security: Ensure backend performance, stability and data protection standards across all systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools and best practices in both software engineering and AI/ML.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or other general-purpose languages (e.g., Go, Node.js).
• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, containerization (Docker) and serverless architecture.
• Ability to build and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Strong experience integrating external APIs and third-party data sources.
• Strong grasp of security best practices and backend performance optimization.
• Experience working with LLM infrastructure, LangChain, or similar agent-based architectures.
• Methodologies & Tools: Comfort with Agile, version control systems (e.g., Git) and testing frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Startup Experience: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and 0 to 1 product experience.
• Nice to have: Frontend Expertise: Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and experience with libraries/frameworks like React.js and Angular.
